What You'll Do
Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
Ensure excellent guest service and smooth daily operations
Assist with POS transactions, product execution, and promotions
Maintain cleanliness, quality, and food safety standards
Communicate operational concerns to the General Manager
Lead by example and support Canal Coffee Co.'s culture and values

Qualifications
6+ months of restaurant or retail experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable operating a POS system and blender equipment
Able to lift up to 55 lbs. and work in a physically active role
Must be able to work around food allergens

Responsibilities
Greet guests and take orders accurately
Prepare and serve beverages and food items
Process cash and credit card payments
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Share customer feedback and ideas with management
