We source coffees from around the world and roast them here in Austin before sending them to customers across the country. Our production and fulfillment teams play a critical role in ensuring every order meets our standards for quality, consistency, and freshness.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Autobagger Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to learn new processes, improve production efficiencies, and develop equipment troubleshooting skills.

The Autobagger Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining autobagging equipment used in our coffee production process. This role will perform equipment changeovers, monitor production quality and efficiency, troubleshoot equipment issues, and work closely with production leadership to ensure daily production goals are met.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, and interested in developing their technical and operational skills.

• Operate and maintain autobagging equipment
• Perform equipment changeovers between different bag sizes and coffee products
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate problems when appropriate
• Minimize equipment downtime, material waste, and product loss
• Meet established production output and efficiency targets
• Produce bagged coffee according to established quality standards
• Fulfill and prepare daily orders for shipment as needed
• Work closely with the Production Shift Lead to manage coffee and production needs
• Complete required production, quality control, and equipment logs accurately
• Follow all company safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain clean and organized production, fulfillment, and warehouse areas
• Assist with general warehouse and production responsibilities as needed
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities as the company grows

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, production, service, or coffee industry experience preferred
• Previous experience operating production or packaging equipment is a plus
• Interest in coffee and the coffee industry is a plus
