We are on the lookout for the next sales expert to join our HKR team as a Business Development Representative, working for a US-based luxury interior design brand in re-engaging clients and sparking fresh sales conversations.
Btw, HKR was remote before it was even cool! Remote is allowed, encouraged, and the norm. Now, and forever. Theres only one catch, and it comes from this guy:Whatever you are, be a good one Abraham Lincoln.What you'll be doing?

• Reach out to new prospects and bring dormant client accounts back to life through thoughtful cold calls and targeted emails.
• Qualify leads like a profiguring out whos active, whos gone quiet, and whos ready to make a comeback.
• Partner up with the Lead Gen Associate to research accounts and keep contact info fresh and accurate.
• Handoff hot leads to the brands internal sales team so they can seal the deal.
• Work side-by-side with the clients sales team to build a killer re-engagement strategy from scratch.
• Keep detailed records of your outreach in the CRM and share insights on whats working (and whats not).

About you

• Youve got 3+ years of BDR or sales experience and youre not shy about picking up the phone.
• You know how to be persuasive and respectfulespecially when reigniting relationships with past clients.
• CRM tools, Excel sheets, LinkedIn you know your way around all of them.
• Youre detail-obsessed and organizedevery note, call, and follow-up is accounted for.
• Youve led small teams or built processes before, and youve got the results to prove it.
• Youre hungry for growth and constantly refining your game based on KPIs and feedback.
• Bonus points if youve worked in luxury or interior design before (but no worries if notyoull learn fast with us).
