• Job Title: Physical Therapist
• Location: Appleton Area Health Services
• Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position will provide patient care across a range of settings, including Outpatient, Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities (LTC/SNF), and Hospital Inpatient.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
