Collection Coordinator at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are seeking an experienced medical practice biller (certified or non-certified). The ideal candidate will have previous experience in collections, insurance claim troubleshooting, posting insurance and patient payments, sending collection letters and keeping the accounts receivable at an acceptable percentage. Excellent communication skills are a must, as the biller will work closely with our Physician Network clinics as an integral part of the team. Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS coding is a must. Departmental training will be provided upon successful completion of the hiring process.
