Associate Attorney in Chesapeake, Virginia at Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC

Prestigious creditor rights law firm is seeking a Maryland licensed attorney with 1-5 years of experience practicing in the area of real estate, foreclosure and/or creditors’ rights law for mid to high level attorney position.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Hunt Valley, MD office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Detailed review of documentation related to foreclosures to ensure compliance with state and federal law

- Communicate with client and courts in a timely and professional manner

- Attend court status hearings, mediations and litigation

- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients’ timelines and expectations

- Review all documents related to the foreclosure process

Ideal candidate must demonstrate/possess:

· Have the mentality that we, all firm employees, support each other so that we can solve our clients’ problems

· High level of motivation with ability to work independently

· Ability to multitask and be a team player

· The ability to take changes as a positive and work towards constant process improvement

. Bar in Maryland required, additional bar license in Virginia a plus

Education:

. Juris Doctorate, Maryland License Required

Salary range: 60k-125k; commensurate with experience
