Replenishment Specialist in Jessup, Maryland at Stanley Pearlman Enterprises, Inc.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Replenishment Specialist to coordinate the replenishment of goods and develop effective replenishment strategies. This full-time role is based on-site in Jessup, MD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with warehouse, packaging, and procurement operations to provide necessary product quantities, correct orders, and on-time deliveries through proper daily production scheduling of packaging and processing materials.
• Maintain multi line product replenishment from vendors and suppliers at competitive market pricing.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure superior service levels.
• Ensure all deliveries are prepared in accordance with requirements and all documentation is prepared correctly.
• Interact and communicate both written and verbally with sales force, customers and vendors in a timely and informative manner on market conditions, delivery schedules and product information.
• Ensure efficient and adequate flow of goods.
• Support business units’ goals of quality, safety, productivity, and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Experience using data and reporting tools
• General knowledge of production systems and processes is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
