This role plays a key part in configuring and adapting enterprise software solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring systems are aligned with defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
You will collaborate closely with implementation consultants to translate requirements into effective system configurations.
The position involves monitoring system behavior, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring stable daily operations.
You will contribute to improving product quality by identifying system enhancements and validating changes through structured testing.
A strong focus is placed on documentation, user support, and knowledge sharing across teams and clients.

- Work with implementation teams to configure software solutions based on project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot daily operational issues and events
- Reproduce, test, and document software bugs, defects, and technical issues
- Evaluate existing system configurations and identify opportunities for improvements or adjustments
- Validate system changes through structured testing and quality assurance practices
- Develop internal documentation and customer-facing support materials and knowledge base content
- Support end users by providing training and operational guidance on new or updated systems
- Maintain accurate time tracking and ensure compliance with billable targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in software configuration, system support, or similar technical roles (recent graduates welcome)
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (such as Jira and Confluence)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems and tools
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and documentation abilities
