Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong orthodontic background who thrives in a busy environment, is highly punctual, and brings a confident, positive attitude to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures and patient care
- Work with in-house appliances and orthodontic systems
- Prepare and break down operatories between patients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Ensure a smooth patient flow in a fast-paced setting
- Provide a positive, welcoming experience for patients and families
- Prior orthodontic assisting experience required
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Confident personality with a positive, team-first attitude
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
