SUMMARY:The Administrative Assistant will provide general office support for various clerical activities and tasks including answering incoming calls and organizing office communication on a day-to-day basis. This position requires excellent communication skills and proper phone etiquette with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management. The Administrative Assistant must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and technical skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for screening telephone calls, typing correspondences and other general secretarial duties as required.
- Greet visitors, patients and ensure that any requests/issues are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assist in all managerial areas of the program’s operation, as directed by the Program Director or Office Manager.
- Prepare reports, analyses, etc., as requested by the Program Director or Office Manager.
- Prepare statistical reports which present financial, programmatic, and demographic data necessary for program review.
- Assist Program Director in maintaining reporting and control systems necessary for the various aspects of their operation.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education: A degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or Health Care Administration is preferred, although work experience at a suitable level of responsibility may be substituted.
Experience: Computer literate and experience with word processing. Proficient typing skills with a minimum of 50 wpm.
Skills: Solid computer skills including, working experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
