We’re looking for a Retail Salesperson to one of our client’s retail locations during an exciting phase of growth. This full-time role offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, actively support sales performance, and ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience through outstanding service, product knowledge, and sales-driven support.

This position comes at an important time for the retail team, and the new hire will play a key role in supporting daily store operations, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the brand’s ongoing growth and presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience
Achieve individual sales targets and actively contribute to overall store performance
Use effective sales techniques, including cross-selling and up-selling, to increase basket size and revenue
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional, solution-oriented manner
Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with brand expectations
Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is consistently well-presented and aligned with brand guidelines
Assist with stock monitoring, replenishment, and coordination with the stock team to ensure product availability
Stay informed on product features, campaigns, and promotions to provide accurate and engaging information to customers
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues to achieve store goals
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and store standards
Perform additional duties as required to support store operations

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in the retail sector, preferably in home textile retailing
Sales and target-oriented mindset
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high service standards
High motivation and energy
Strong problem-solving and planning abilities
Disciplined working approach
Strong brand representation skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
