| Position Summary: | Serve in support of leadership at the University of Dayton by driving the President’s priorities forward through strategic coordination, executive-level support, and seamless operations. As Director of the Office of the President, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping high-impact initiatives, managing critical workflows, and working closely with leaders across the University to deliver results with precision, professionalism, and purpose. The Director, Office of the President provides high-level administrative, project, and operational support to advance the President’s priorities and ensure the smooth functioning of the President’s Office. The Director manages key workflows, prepares materials and briefings, coordinates cross-functional projects, and supports internal leadership processes. This role reports to and works closely with the Executive Director, Office of the President and Secretary of the Board of Trustees (Executive Director and Secretary), and partners across the University to ensure timely follow-through, high-quality communications, and excellent service to internal and external constituents.
