Description:

Northern Pharmacy & Medical Equipment is seeking a motivated professional to develop and maintain partnerships with long-term care facilities. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients while identifying opportunities to grow pharmacy, DME, and medical supply services.

Requirements:

- Manage and grow relationships with assigned long-term care accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate new client onboarding and support client retention initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand pharmacy, DME, and medical supply services.
- Conduct routine facility visits and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation of client interactions and account activity.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory (up to 80%), including occasional overnight stays.
- Educate and influence key decision-makers, positioning our LTC pharmacy, DME, and supply

services to meet each facility's unique needs.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor's degree

• LTC experience preferred

• Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred

• Experience: 1–3 years of medical sales experience

(pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred)

• 1–3 years of B2B customer service experience

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; building rapport at every level

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM, and Google Suite

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including occasional overnight stays

• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
