Nurse Practitioner - Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine in Astoria, Oregon at Columbia Memorial Hospital

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine Clinic in Astoria, Oregon.

Function/Duties of Position

• Provide outpatient services in our Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine Clinic
• Clinic Schedule: 36 patient care hours per week with 4 hours of administrative time.
• Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and your areas of expertise and interest.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
• National certification is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
• Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other clinicians in the work unit.
• Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner license.
• DEA certification.
• BLS Certification issued by the American Heart Association
