Job Description
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine Clinic in Astoria, Oregon.
Function/Duties of Position
- Provide outpatient services in our Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine Clinic
- Clinic Schedule: 36 patient care hours per week with 4 hours of administrative time.
- Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and your areas of expertise and interest.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
- National certification is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.
- Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other clinicians in the work unit.
- Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner license.
- DEA certification.
- BLS Certification issued by the American Heart Association
