This opportunity as a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis focuses on partnering with executive leadership and operations to deliver data-driven insights that support profitability, capital allocation, and long-term growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on financial leader with strong analytical capabilities who thrives in asset-intensive environments and enjoys influencing high-level business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, margins, and capital investments
• Analyze performance against budget and forecasts, providing variance insights and recommendations
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to align financial and operational goals
• Support capital planning and financial alignment across the organization
• Lead monthly financial reporting for executive leadership
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including production, margins, and utilization metrics
• Drive improvements in financial reporting processes, tools, and analytics
• Analyze business performance across multiple operational areas to identify efficiencies and cost savings
• Support pricing strategies through margin and market analysis
• Provide financial analysis for capital investments, expansions, and acquisitions
• Lead scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and sensitivity analysis
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
• Lead and develop FP&A team, establishing scalable processes and reporting standards
• Support implementation and optimization of ERP and financial planning systems
• Foster a data-driven culture and continuous improvement mindset

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 6-10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership
• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Experience partnering with operations and senior leadership
• Proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

• MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, aggregates, or other asset-intensive industries
• Experience supporting capital projects and operational finance
• Background in process improvement and financial systems implementation
