Progressive Directions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Evaluation Coordinator to support our Early Intervention Services team. This role ensures that evaluations for the Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS) are completed accurately, in a timely manner, and in compliance with all state and agency requirements.

Key Responsibilities: The Early Intervention Evaluation Coordinator will:
- Coordinate and monitor the timely completion of TEIS intake and eligibility evaluations
- Distribute evaluation referrals to appropriate staff
- Train, support, and supervise Early Intervention evaluators
- Complete evaluations as needed when referral volume increases
- Administer and interpret developmental screening and assessment tools
- Prepare developmental assessment summaries within required timelines
- Support IFSP development using assessment information
- Document required information in TEIDS according to DDA requirements
- Attend state meetings and communicate updates to staff
- Ensure services are delivered professionally, timely, and in compliance with agency and state expectations
Work Expectations:
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a qualifying field (Early Childhood, Special Education, Therapy disciplines, or related)
- OR related degree (social work, psychology, etc.) with at least 1 year of experience working with the birth–to–5 population
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to meet strict timelines and compliance standards
Required for Employment
- Valid, non-restricted driver’s license
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) (will be reviewed)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
- Successful completion of a drug screening
- Must meet all Department of Education and DDA certification requirements
