What You’ll Do:

As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll play a key role in keeping our job sites safe, productive, and on track. You’ll support and collaborate closely with the Project Superintendent and General Superintendent to coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll:

  • Study construction plans and oversee project layout
  • Help schedule and supervise subcontractors and crews

  • Resolve on-site issues and coordinate trades
  • Maintain client relationships and accurate reporting
  • Step up and lead when needed—this role is a leadership runway
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
  • Employee Ownership (ESOP) – You’re not just an employee—you’re an owner
  • Culture of Excellence – High-quality work, strong relationships, and personal integrity define us
  • Team Environment – Work with people who care about your growth and success
  • Career Development – We value long-term commitment and promote from within
  • Competitive Benefits – Including health coverage, paid time off, and more
What We’re Looking For:
  • 6+ years of commercial construction experience (at least 2 as a Foreman)
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents and processes
  • Skilled in supervising up to 30 employees
  • Solid math, communication, and tech skills
  • OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s license required

This is a physically active role, involving both indoor and outdoor environments and regular travel to job sites within a 100-mile radius of our Nashville office. Willingness to travel to projects throughout the Southeast is a huge plus!
