This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hospitality Hero: Deliver standout service across all food & beverage areas, creating a warm, welcoming vibe for guests and teammates alike.
  • Money Maestro: Take charge of budgeting and revenue strategies to keep the department thriving and targets exceeded.
  • Smooth Operator: Spot issues before they happen and solve them fast to keep service flowing and guests smiling.
  • Communication Connector: Share ideas clearly, listen actively, and keep the conversation open with guests, staff, and leadership.
  • Tech-Savvy Strategist: Use Windows systems, spreadsheets, and word docs like a pro to manage operations and reporting with ease.
  • Team Motivator: Lead, coach, and guide F&B staff while keeping standards high and procedures on point.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with supervisory experience required.
  • Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
