Job Description

Coffee and Tea Fulfillment positions are now available for folks who like coffee or tea, enjoy working in a fun and fast-paced environment, and are excited about the opportunity to learn and grow more in the coffee and tea industry, if interested.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare coffee and tea orders for shipment according to daily fulfillment schedules
• Weigh, label, and seal products to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality standards
• Operate packing equipment and shipping software to generate labels and track outgoing orders
• Conduct quality checks on products and packaging before shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace in compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Receive, count, and stock incoming inventory of coffee, tea, and packaging materials
• Assist with inventory tracking and report low stock or discrepancies to supervisors
• Follow standardized recipes or packing instructions for subscription and custom orders
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak volume periods
• Support special projects such as kitting, promotional inserts, or seasonal packaging
• Report equipment issues, damaged products, or order errors promptly

EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• General warehouse, service, or coffee industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Interest in a coffee or tea (a plus)

• $17.00 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
