Dermatology Clinic Manager at Citizens Memorial – Bolivar, Missouri

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting for a Clinic Manager for our Dermatology Clinic located in Bolivar, MO. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, rehab therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

A typical day will include: Overseeing daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and facility management.

• Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, workload management, and performance evaluation
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers (APRNs/PAs), nurses, dietitians, and social workers to coordinate care
• Manage the clinic's budget, ensuring efficient billing and coding, and optimizing revenue cycle management
• Ensure the clinic adheres to all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

This position is: Full-time, Mon-Fri - 8am-4:30pm

Job Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Healthcare Administration Preferred
• Experience: 3-5 years of prior experience as a clinic manager and prior clinical experience performing patient care duties required
• Skills: Leadership, organization, time management, and computer skills required
• Licensure/Certification: N/A
