Financial Coordinator at Defining Wellness Centers LLC – Brandon, Mississippi

The Financial Coordinator will be an on-site, full-time position responsible for working with clients on their financial responsibilities.

Collection of deductibles and copays, processing and ensuing patient financial forms are properly signed, checking and re-checking benefit status on insurance for changes/updates, communications on payment arrangements while in treatment and on discharge, work to achieve extensions in treatment through private pay arrangements, payment plan setup, monitor lapse of insurances or missing financial arrangements, and other office related duties.

This position will work closely with Operations, Case Managers, and other financial resource teams to meet the requirements of the position.

Strong communication skills are required for this position. In addition, a background in medical insurance, collections, and billing experience will also be helpful.

The position will be Monday-Friday with hours of 8am to 5pm.
