Job Summary:
Do you have a knack for spotting patterns where others see noise? We’re looking for a Market Support Region Lead to serve as the vital link between market risk and market recovery. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with sales leaders to ensure our magazines don't just survive transitions, but thrive through them.
As a key partner to Sales Leadership, you’ll help protect revenue, improve operational outcomes, and drive accountability across internally managed markets. You’ll play a critical role in identifying risks early, stabilizing underperforming magazines, managing publisher transitions, and ensuring long-term market success.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor regional data to identify publisher disengagement or performance dips.
- Drive accountability, communication, and measurable outcomes for underperforming markets.
- Stabilize underperforming markets and drive performance improvement.
- Own the end-to-end execution of the transition pipeline.
- Lead recurring performance discussions, align on regional priorities, and ensure action plans are executed.
- Translate regional trends into actionable insights for leadership.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in Sales Operations, Account Management, or a related field.
- Experience with process improvement and operational management.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across teams

- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-step processes.
