About the role
Location: New York City (Hybrid). In-office at least three days per week (Tues, Wed, & Thurs)
Compensation: $88,000 – $110,000 + equity + benefits (This range is reflective of level of contribution. Candidates who fully match what we're looking for in this role will be at the top of the range.)
About the Role:
We are growing FAST and we need a Recruiting Coordinator who does not just support the hiring process but drives it. You will own the candidate experience, power the operational backbone of recruiting, and directly impact how quickly and effectively Daloopa brings in the talent that fuels our growth.
This role is for someone who measures success by outcomes, not activity. You move fast, solve problems before they become blockers, use AI and automation to work smarter not harder, and take genuine pride in building a hiring experience that makes candidates want to join. What You'll Do
- Drive interview scheduling end to end across all roles and time zones, from first screens to final rounds, ensuring zero candidate or hiring manager confusion at any stage.
- Own the candidate experience from the first touchpoint to offer, creating interactions that are warm, responsive, and reflective of who Daloopa is.
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels to build pipeline and keep recruiters focused on what they do best, closing reqs.
- Keep the ATS (Rippling) clean, current, and reporting-ready at all times so the team always has an accurate picture of where every role stands.
- Partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers to remove bottlenecks, accelerate timelines, and keep every role moving toward close.
- Execute offer letter generation, background checks, and pre-boarding workflows so new hires arrive on day one ready to contribute, not waiting on paperwork.
- Build and leverage AI and automation tools to eliminate repetitive work, accelerate throughput, and create a recruiting operation that scales with the business.
- Continuously audit the recruiting process for inefficiencies and implement fixes. You do not wait to be asked. You see the problem and solve it.
- Contribute to employer brand and candidate experience initiatives that make Daloopa a destination for top talent.
Who You Are
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a fast-paced operations role where your work had a direct impact on outcomes.
- You measure yourself by results. Filled roles, faster timelines, cleaner pipelines, and candidates who say the process was exceptional.
- A sharp, confident communicator who earns the trust of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers quickly.
- Wired for speed and precision. You thrive under pressure, handle competing priorities without dropping balls, and take ownership seriously.
- Excited about AI and automation and actively use them to work smarter. You find a better way before anyone has to ask.
- Experience with an ATS (Rippling is a strong plus) and scheduling tools like Google Calendar or Calendly.
- Background in a startup, high-growth SaaS, fintech, or AI company is a strong plus.
