We are seeking a committed Human Resource Assistant to ensure the delivery of high‑quality support services and maintain full compliance with licensing standards and agency requirements. This position requires strong integrity and a thorough understanding of licensing regulations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, professionalism, and a dedication to supporting excellence in care.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Days/Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Total: FT 40hrs./wk. (Hours and times vary based on program needs)
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in ongoing communication, support and training for staff
- Great attention to detail and high level of professionalism
- Assists with advertising, recruiting, onboarding, processing new hire documentation, and other HR tasks
- Verify staff employment eligibility, clearances and training
- Maintain accurate and up to date HR files, records, and documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding staff information.
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources management; a high school diploma plus two years of human resources experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills
