Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday possible rotating weekends.
Pay: Commission-based pay $80,000-$175,000 + Average for Top Performing Techs!

Are you an experienced HVAC TECH who checks these boxes?


HVAC with minimum of 5 years experience.

  • Knowledge of diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Able to run Service demand calls as well as maintenances.
  • A tech that is able to recommend repairs as well and potentially sell equipment.
  • Service Titan experience is helpful!!
  • Clean background, good Driving MVR Record, and able to pass a drug screen - ability to drive a company vehicle is a must.
  • Sales experience is encouraged.

What you will do:

  • Deliver a five-star customer experience by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and professional recommendations at every appointment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems while educating homeowners on system performance, repair options, maintenance needs, and energy-saving opportunities
  • Build trust with customers by explaining findings and recommendations in a clear, honest, and easy-to-understand manner
  • Communicate effectively with Dispatch, Parts, Installation teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle to support efficient service delivery
  • Accurately document service work, recommendations, and customer interactions
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity and professionalism
  • Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and customer service training to continually grow your skills and advance your career
  • Maintain required certifications and comply with all company safety standards and industry regulations
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service, preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, associates and college degrees preferred
  • Must know the phases of residential HVAC.
  • Learn & be compliant with all standards & practices for data recording & reporting on invoices
  • Troubleshooting & diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to clients
  • Apply knowledge to perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections and communicate findings
  • Must comply with all safety regulations and processes
  • Ability to deal effectively with customers and solve technical problems
  • Excellent customer service skills
