Position: Server Assistant

Location: In person required: 1040 N 54th Street, Chandler, AZ 85226

Shift: Evenings, Nights, Weekends (Brunch), Holidays (Mandatory)

Starting Salary: $12.15 base salary plus tips

Expected Hours: 25 35 per week (Based on business needs)

Supervisory: No direct reports. Reports to Managers and Leads

Position Summary:

As a Server Assistant in our finedining supper club, you play an essential role in ensuring a seamless, polished, and memorable guest experience. Working in close partnership with servers and the culinary team, you help maintain impeccably set tables, deliver dishes with precision, and support an atmosphere of refined hospitality. Your attention to detail, fluid movement, and warm, professional presence contribute directly to the elevated ambiance our guests expect.

You will support the rhythm of service by clearing and resetting tables with efficiency, refilling water and non-alcoholic beverages, and anticipating guest needs with thoughtful awareness. In this sophisticated, fastpaced environment, your composure, teamwork, and proactive approach are key to creating exceptional dining moments throughout the evening.

Key Responsibilities:

Table Maintenance & Resetting - Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a polished dining environment

Guest Support - Refill water, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages; respond to guest requests with warmth and urgency

Food Running Assistance - Support servers in delivering dishes with accuracy and grace, ensuring proper presentation

Pre-Bussing & Cleanliness - Remove used items discreetly and efficiently to keep tables tidy throughout the meal

Service Flow Coordination - Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth timing and pacing of service

Polished Presentation - Maintain a clean and professional appearance; ensure dining areas are pristine and inviting

Side Work & Setup - Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking stations, folding napkins, and polishing glassware

Guest Interaction - Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere

Attention to Detail - Monitor tables for cues to anticipate guest needs without being intrusive

Team Collaboration - Work in harmony with the front-of-house team to uphold high service standards

What Were Looking For:

Minimum 2 years experience Upscale Dining - Prior experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume brunch service preferred

Exceptional Guest Service Skills - Warm, professional demeanor with a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences

Strong Communication - Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests, servers, and kitchen staff

Efficiency & Grace Under Pressure - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and elegance

Attention to Detail - Keen eye for table settings, cleanliness, and presentation standards

Team-Oriented Mindset - Collaborative attitude and willingness to support all aspects of front-of-house operations

Physical Stamina - Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods

Professional Appearance - Neat, well-groomed, and dressed according to upscale service standards

Food Safety Awareness - Basic understanding of food handling and sanitation practices

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of supperclub service

Exposure to POS or Table Management Systems - Experience with platforms like Toast, OpenTable, or similar tools

Strong Visual Memory - Quick recall of table numbers, guest preferences, and dish details
