- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and system integrations.
- Perform manual functional, regression, and integration testing across complex digital products and communication platforms.
- Validate multi-channel customer communication systems, including email, web-push, app-push, SMS, and in-app messaging solutions.
- Test marketing landing pages and workflows involving advanced business logic and external integrations.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and technical documentation based on product and business requirements.
- Detect, document, reproduce, and track software defects while collaborating closely with development and product teams.
- Analyze application logs, troubleshoot technical issues, and support incident investigations using monitoring and logging tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing standards.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining automated tests using Java.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, software testing methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Hands-on experience with both backend and frontend testing activities.
- Solid experience in manual functional and integration testing.
- Familiarity with testing marketing platforms, communication products, and web-based integrations.
- Good understanding of HTTP protocols, request/response structures, APIs, and status codes.
- Practical experience using tools such as Postman, curl, Charles Proxy, or Fiddler.
- Experience analyzing logs and troubleshooting issues using tools such as Kibana or Graylog.
- SQL knowledge with the ability to write queries, validate data, and work with relational databases.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and test management platforms such as TestRail or TestIT.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, international, and cross-functional teams.
