Hamptons Happiness is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant & Bookkeeper to serve as the financial anchor for our rapidly growing operations. We deliver cutting-edge, high-end wellness solutions across the Hamptons and beyond. As we scale, we need a financial professional who truly understands project-based accounting and job costing within a technical or construction-focused environment.

Working directly from our office, you will oversee the financial lifecycle of our wellness installation projects, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and profitability:

• Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, maintain highly accurate general ledgers, and ensure all financial data is meticulously organized.

• Job Costing Mastery: Analyze and track complex job costing and project-related expenses for our field-based wellness solutions to ensure accurate budget management.

• Software Management: Utilize Evous software to maintain organized financial documentation in strict compliance with company policies.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial records, translating complex accounting vernacular into clear insights for company leadership.

• Operational Support: Work closely with field-based technical leadership from the office to ensure project finances align with operational goals and timelines.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated accounting or bookkeeping experience. Specifically, we need someone who has supported field-based construction, technical leadership, or project-based operations from the financial side.

• Technical Mastery: Proven, hands-on experience utilizing Evous software is highly preferred/required.

• Accounting Expertise: Deep understanding of accounting vernacular, general ledgers, and complex job costing principles.

• Mindset: A high-performance mentality with the ability to work independently, manage multiple project budgets, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury market.

• Flexibility: The ability to work consistently on-site in East Hampton, with the flexibility to occasionally work weekends based on critical project deadlines.
