ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and consultative partner to business leaders, aligning Human Resources initiatives with organizational goals. This role provides guidance on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, talent management, performance coaching, workforce planning, and organizational development. The HRBP ensures that people strategies support business success while fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged work environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a trusted partner to managers and leaders, providing counsel on employee relations, performance management, and team development.
  • Support organizational effectiveness initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to implement employee engagement and retention strategies aligned with company values and culture.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align hiring strategies with business needs and participate in the selection process when appropriate.
  • Advise on compensation decisions, promotions, job reclassifications, and internal transfers in coordination with the Total Rewards team.
  • Lead or support internal investigations and ensure proper documentation and resolution in compliance with policies and employment laws.
  • Interpret and apply HR policies and practices consistently while balancing business needs and risk mitigation.
  • Assist in change management efforts by developing communication plans and helping leaders navigate organizational transitions.
  • Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and guide decision-making around workforce trends and issues.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive practices into talent and business processes.
