Compensation: $97,000 - 105,000 Base Salary + Up to a $18,900 Incentive Bonus

Step into the role of Director of Brand & Content and become the architect of our authority and organic demand engine in the franchising industry.
This is not a content production role. This is a brand and conversion leadership role.
You will be responsible for shaping how Franchise Sidekick is perceived in the market—ensuring our content builds trust at scale and converts organic attention into qualified leads.
You will lead a high-output content engine spanning video, blogs, podcasts, and social media—ensuring every piece of content not only educates and engages, but moves prospects forward in their journey.
You will work closely with the Director of Growth & Demand Generation to ensure organic traffic, content engagement, and brand authority translate into measurable pipeline and revenue.
Your mission is clear: build authority, capture demand, and convert organic attention into qualified opportunities.
Brand Strategy & Positioning (20%)
Define and evolve Franchise Sidekick’s brand narrative and differentiation within the franchising marketEnsure consistency across all messaging, platforms, and customer touchpointsStrengthen authority through thought leadership, education, and storytellingAlign brand positioning with growth strategy and key customer avatarsContent Strategy & Editorial Leadership (20%)

One day, you might be working with senior leadership to refine messaging around franchise ownership and education. The next, you’re analyzing content performance to identify opportunities to increase engagement and improve conversion from organic traffic to leads.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth team to align content with funnel strategy—ensuring organic audiences are effectively guided toward becoming qualified opportunities. You may be developing a flagship content series designed to build trust over a long buyer journey or optimizing high-performing content with new conversion pathways.
Throughout the week, you’ll guide your team on creative direction, refine content priorities, and ensure all content contributes to both brand authority and measurable business impact.
Whether you’re shaping narrative, improving conversion, or amplifying Sidekick’s voice as an industry leader, your work will directly influence how we generate and convert demand.

Paid Time Off- Every Sidekick starts with 16 days of PTO, two floating holidays, and a paid volunteer day annually. We also offer nine paid company holidays each year as well.
