What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients shopping for new and used Toyotas
• Create a fun, friendly buying experience both online and in-store
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text
• Guide customers through complimentary services like ToyotaCare, on-demand test drives, and shuttle support
• Use best-in-class tech tools to manage sales—from CRM to equity mining systems
• Collaborate with team members to hit store goals and deliver smiles

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of Professional Car Sales experience
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience (call center, customer support, bartending, server, etc.)
• Phone and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with positive energy
• Teachable, adaptable, willing to learn
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with SMS/email campaigns helpful
• Leadership potential is a plus—we love to promote from within
