Job Description
We are looking for a sharp, organised and customer-obsessed Business Analyst to be the operational right hand of our US Head of Sales & Clinical Operations - a single leader, based in Dallas-Fort Worth, who owns both commercial growth and clinical deployment for the US market.
You will be that leader's day-to-day operational partner from Bangalore - keeping the MIS clean, HubSpot honest, the cross-functional projects on track, and the line of communication tight between DFW and Dozee's India delivery teams. Most of your stakeholders will sit in the US; a small but important set sit in Bangalore.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys equal parts data work, stakeholder management and program execution, and who is comfortable working US Central Time hours from Bangalore so the partnership with the US manager feels real-time, not asynchronous.
Run the manager's weekly operating cadence end-to-end - 1:1 prep, weekly pipeline review, monthly business review, quarterly business review.
Build the briefing pack for every important meeting (customer call, internal review, board update) so the manager walks in fully prepared.
Own the follow-through after meetings - capture decisions, drive actions to closure across US and India teammates, and circle back on what slipped.
Anticipate what the manager will need 24-48 hours ahead so the workday in DFW starts with the answer already in their inbox.
Maintain accurate US sales MIS: pipeline movement, win-rate by segment, sales-cycle metrics, leakage analysis, target vs. achievement at the rep, region and product level.
Build, refresh and circulate weekly and monthly dashboards for the manager and the US leadership team.
Run the forecast cadence - chase reps for updates, validate deal hygiene, roll up to a credible commit/best-case/upside view.
Surface insights from the which deals are slipping, which segments are over- or under-performing, where the pipeline is thin - and turn those into actionable nudges for the US sales team.
Track US deployment progress: hospital onboarding, time-to-go-live, ramp-up curves, monitoring KPIs, escalations, churn-risk and renewal pipeline.
Maintain Clinical Ops MIS for the US book of business and produce a clean weekly status the manager can take into customer or internal reviews.
Coordinate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Clinical teams in India to ensure deployment milestones are tracked, blockers are flagged early, and US customers experience a smooth onboarding.
Be the day-to-day administrator for HubSpot for the US Sales and Clinical Ops org - ensure data integrity (contacts, companies, deals, lifecycle stages, properties).
Drive deal-stage discipline: every US deal should reflect reality, with up-to-date next-steps, decision-makers, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC fields, and forecast category.
Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards, sequences, workflows and automations that reduce manual effort for the US sales team and give the manager a clear, real-time view.
Run periodic data-quality audits; train new joiners on Dozee's HubSpot conventions; serve as the internal go-to person for CRM questions.
Run discrete cross-functional programs end-to-end on behalf of the manager - examples include US customer go-lives, new-product launches into existing US accounts, market-expansion pilots, RFP responses, and special analytics deep-dives.
Build and maintain the standard PM artefacts: project charter, RACI, milestone plan, RAID log, weekly status note - housed in a single source of truth.
Drive the cross-geo working rhythm: morning steering reviews with India teams during the IST overlap, evening syncs with US stakeholders during the CT overlap, and clean handoffs in between.
Identify recurring operational gaps and convert them into lightweight playbooks the manager and the US team can re-use.
Partner closely with US-based stakeholders: the manager in DFW, the US sales team, US customer-success counterparts, channel partners, distributors, and external customer contacts (hospital administrators, clinical leaders, IT/biomed teams).
Partner with the India-based teams the US business depends on: Product, Engineering, Clinical, Finance and the India CEO's Office - mostly during the late-afternoon/evening IST overlap window.
Communicate crisply in writing (email, Slack, status notes) and verbally on calls; produce decision-ready summaries for the manager and the wider leadership team.
3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, sales operations, revenue operations, program management or a similar operational/analytical role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Commerce, Business or a related discipline. An MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (or equivalent CRM such as Salesforce, Zoho, Freshsales) - dashboards, deals, workflows, properties, reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, basic modelling.
Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool - Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
Demonstrated program-management chops - ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel without dropping balls. Familiarity with a project tool such as JIRA, Asana or ClickUp.
Excellent written and spoken English with a US-business communication style - you will spend the majority of your day on calls and Slack with US-based stakeholders.
High personal ownership, attention to detail, and bias for closing loops.
Willingness and ability to work US Central Time hours from Bangalore on most days.
Prior experience supporting a US-based leader from India - chief-of-staff, EA-plus, sales-ops or program-management roles.
Exposure to US healthcare, hospital systems, payors, or HIPAA-regulated environments.
Working knowledge of SQL for ad-hoc data pulls.
A chance to sit at the intersection of US commercial growth and US clinical impact at one of India's most respected healthtech companies.
Direct, daily exposure to a single senior US leader who owns both Sales and Clinical Operations - this is a builder's seat, not a back-office reporting role.
Meaningful US-market experience that materially accelerates a career in revenue operations, program management or strategy.
Mission you can be proud of - your work helps US clinicians catch deterioration early and save lives.
