This role plays a key part in driving pipeline growth within the cybersecurity and IT services space by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with account executives and marketing teams to engage prospective clients, nurture leads, and support consultative sales efforts across complex enterprise environments. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge security solutions used by leading organizations across industries, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will help expand customer relationships while contributing to revenue growth and market penetration. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate client needs into tailored technology solutions. You will also gain hands-on experience in enterprise sales cycles, cybersecurity solutions, and strategic account development.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads and opportunities through CRM tools, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
- Partner with sales teams to support account growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives and strategic outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships using structured account planning and a consultative sales approach
- Present and position technology and security solutions aligned with client needs and business challenges
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to effectively communicate product value propositions
- Support marketing initiatives by driving participation in events, campaigns, and industry activities
- Engage with industry communities and associations to strengthen expertise and networking opportunities
- 2–4 years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in IT or cybersecurity environments
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Solid understanding of consultative selling and account development strategies
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in enterprise technology or security services is an advantage
