- Support the development of presentation materials for sales meetings and events
- Maintain and implement the marketing calendar across initiatives
Event & Promotional Communications
- Coordinate supplier communication and logistics for company events including trade shows, sales meetings, and customer events
- Manage promotional campaign planning and execution, including supplier coordination and item collection
- Support event communication needs across multiple internal stakeholders
Digital & Platform Marketing
- Manage the company's customer-facing digital marketing platform, including content updates, supplier selections, and promotional pushes
- Coordinate digital marketing programs with supplier partners, including plan implementation and ongoing communication
- Support the overall digital marketing presence of the company and its affiliate brands
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in copywriting, content creation, or brand marketing
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners such as vendors, suppliers, or brokers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing platforms and email marketing tools preferred
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Data-literate with the ability to use market insights and analytics to inform content decisions
- Foodservice or distribution industry experience a plus
