BEE ACCESS - PRODUCTION SUPPORT

We are seeking a Production Support associate to join our production team that will support the company’s overall growth strategy by assisting the welders by maintaining their tools and equipment and by maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This position requires basic skills to cut, drill and punch, and assemble.

• Full time hours and first shift schedule: 40 hours per week guaranteed, Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

• Assemble equipment (locate, clean, assemble components).
• Prep hardware, parts, and equipment for assembly.
• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to work on multiple projects by order of priority.
• Support welders/fabricators as they fabricate various metal parts.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry with construction exposure preferred.
• 1 year of Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills required.
• Capable of handling and lifting 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated.
