Step into a key role on our Claims Operations team, where you’ll oversee the creation, accuracy, and distribution of all departmental correspondence. As the Claims Letter Correspondence Coordinator, you’ll manage PDR, refund, denial, reimbursement, Medicare development, cease-and-desist, and other essential claims-related letters. You’ll ensure every communication meets industry standards, reflects the most current regulatory requirements, and supports compliance objectives across the organization.

In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with the Lead Claims Compliance Coordinator and Claims leadership team, keeping letter templates updated, supporting training efforts, and contributing to policy improvements. With a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory alignment, you’ll play a vital part in strengthening our claims processes and ensuring high-quality service to our members, providers, and partners.
