About This Position
Chimera Climbing Tunbridge Wells is seeking an instructor/centre staff member who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and customer service to climbers of all ages. This role involves teaching our kids' clubs, birthday parties, and private sessions, as well as working at the front desk. We at Chimera pride ourselves on delivering the best possible teaching experience for each climber and personalising our coaching to our customers' needs, while providing exceptional customer service to everyone who enters.
Must be available to work weekends
This role is for a zero-hour contract with the potential for further career progression.
To apply for this role, you must have:
-A passion for climbing
-A strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to a variety of tasks
-Willing and available to work both Saturdays and Sundays
Responsibilities and duties:
· The delivery of climbing instruction to a variety of age groups and session types
· Working both on the mats, teaching and at reception.
· Being responsible for the health, safety, and well-being of all climbers
· Enforcing Centre rules
Desirable experience and qualifications:
· Previous customer service experience
· Previous coaching experience

The pay for this casual role will be competitive and based on your skills and experience.
