Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in OMS / Salesforce Order Management to drive the technical design, implementation, and evolution of our order management systems.
You will play a key role in leading our engineering team, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the technical reference and architect for all things related to Salesforce Order Management.
• Lead the design and implementation of customizations, integrations, and extensions within the Salesforce Order Management platform.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Mentor and support developers across the team, promoting engineering excellence.
• Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment processes are robust and efficient.
• Coordinate with other tech leads to align architectural decisions across domains.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce Order Management capabilities and roadmap, and proactively identify areas of improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, Architect on Salesforce Order Management implementations (minimum 5 years).
• Strong hands-on experience with integration via GraphQL / REST APIs and JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js.
• Good understanding of eCommerce and omnichannel use cases and composable architecture principles.
• Experience integrating with external systems such as ERPs, payment providers, PIMs, or WMSs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills – able to drive discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
• Certification in Salesforce Order Management.
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
