About This Position
Project Manager - Civil Construction
As our Project Manager, you will lead the daytoday operational and administrative execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring efficient delivery from start to finish. In this role, you will manage project planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, change management, and coordination across the project team and all trade partners.
You will work closely with superintendents, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to maintain alignment on project goals, resolve field and design challenges, and ensure all work complies with contracts, drawings, and specifications. You will oversee documentation, budgets, risk mitigation, and communication to keep the project progressing on time and within scope.
Experienced project managers may lead multiple phases of a project, mentor assistant project managers, support preconstruction activities, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.
Successful project managers in this role excel at communication, coordination, and proactive problemsolving while maintaining a clear focus on schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
With infrastructure construction and unit price contract management experience, our Civil Project Manager ensures accurate cost tracking and timely delivery of public and private works through effective coordination of earthwork, underground utilities, structural concrete, and site development activities.

- Previous experience as a construction project manager.
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
- Proven ability to manage daytoday project operations, documentation, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
- Proficiency with project management platforms and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, contract knowledge, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic project environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
