  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Lead exploratory and usability testing efforts; document issues using tools such as JIRA.
  • Systems Integration: Coordinate with developers and partners to integrate third-party platforms including ERP, CRM, and payment systems.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between merchants, developers, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
  • Merchant Support & Training: Develop and deliver training materials for new features and workflows.
  • Project Coordination: Support agile ceremonies and project planning activities (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Qualifications

  • Experience with eCommerce data manipulation and working with commerce systems, ensuring effective management of product data, inventory, orders, and customer information.
  • Cross-functional work experience in a minimum of two of the following areas: Project management, digital agency, business consulting, omnichannel retail, data analytics, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in writing user stories and defining front-end and back-end requirements against client and system requirements
  • A general knowledge of standard web languages (HTML, CSS, JS, Liquid) and their applications, with the ability to communicate complex requirements to development teams in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
  • A good understanding of eCommerce best practices and the ability to integrate them into solution development.
  • Experience with agile working principles, including working with project teams, creating backlogs, sprint, and release plans that focus on efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Experience with integrating systems such as eCommerce platforms, ERP, CRM, payment providers, and more.
  • Experience with conducting in-depth system Quality Assurance Testing (QA), conducting user acceptance testing, and utilizing issue-tracking software such as JIRA.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to strategize rapidly and present knowledge and ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving, analytical mindset with the ability to adapt quickly when faced with challenges.
