Join our team as a Behavioral Health Direct Care Staff, where you’ll provide hands-on support, assist with daily activities, and contribute to the well-being of individuals served. What You’ll Do

Provide direct medical and mental health support, assisting individuals served with daily activities and monitoring their well-being. Conduct routine safety inspections and accountability checks to maintain a secure environment. Observe individuals served, listen to concerns, and report unusual behavior to behavioral health professionals. Provide 1:1 supervision for individuals served in crisis, documenting observations per approved protocols. Assist licensed staff in delivering direct services, including health data collection, education, and support, as well as monitoring groups or activities. Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all individuals served. Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with organizational policy, state law, and accrediting standards. Complete all required documentation and reports accurately and on time. What We’re Looking For

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required) Experience

One (1) year in a mental/behavioral health setting (Required) Licenses/Certifications

CPR Certification prior to providing direct care (Required) Any client-mandated certifications and/or training (Required) Healthcare, mental health, or human services license or certification (Preferred) Why Join Us?
