Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support and Client Relations Specialist to support our sales team and serve as a key point of contact for customers. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing sales, customer relations, or account management within a fast-paced, technical environment.
The successful candidate will help coordinate customer communications, support quoting and order processes, and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through production.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary support contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, sales documents, and order confirmations
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and scheduling teams to relay customer requirements
  • Track orders, timelines, and project updates to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and communication logs in internal systems
  • Support client onboarding and help maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Follow up on open quotes, orders, and customer requests
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer service
  • Learn company products, molding processes, and manufacturing capabilities
Required Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, phone, keyboard, and other office equipment
