About This Position
Customer Service Representative
At All-n-One Outdoor Solutions, we believe great customer service is the backbone of everything we do. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being at the center of the action. What You'll Be Doing
As a CSR, you'll be the friendly voice and welcoming face our customers rely on. You'll support both customer service and sales support, making sure customers feel informed, taken care of, and confident every step of the way.
Customer Service & Communication
- Answer phones, emails, and greet customers at the front desk
- Schedule irrigation services like repairs, backflow testing, installations, and diagnostics
- Keep customers updated on service timelines and next steps
- Handle questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and follow-through
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date in our systems
Sales Support & Lead Management
- Enter and manage customer leads in our CRM
- Help coordinate follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
- Support the sales and irrigation teams by keeping leads organized and prioritized
- Look for opportunities to recommend additional services or products that benefit the customer
- Assist with basic sales documentation and reports
Payments, Products & Office Support
- Take payments over the phone and at the front desk
- Help with basic transaction documentation
- Assist customers with product purchases (including PetStop products)
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional
- Step in to support teammates when coverage is needed
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with irrigation, sales, and operations teams
- Spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to do things
- Stay flexible and help where needed to support team goals
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and common office software
- Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with solid problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn irrigation services and systems (we'll help!)
- Dependable, accountable, and follows through

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally
