Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, then execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory

- Assist in the installation, setup, and testing of new equipment

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Good communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed

- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus
