FOH/Server Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House (FOH) / Server Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service

- Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow

- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and professional development

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the dining area

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth communication and service delivery

- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles in the hospitality industry

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of POS systems, reservation software, and basic financial management

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus
