At Renewal by Andersen of Oregon, we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled window and patio door installation experiences to homeowners. We are actively seeking skilled and dedicated Installers to join our dynamic team. This role provides the opportunity to work with industry-leading products and services, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency of our clients homes.

As an Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality installations, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining organized job sites. We offer comprehensive training programs and a structured career progression within our Installation Team.

On-target earnings (OTE) range from $70,000 to $150,000 annually, based on tier level and performance. Compensation includes piecework pay, an hourly base pay with potential bonus opportunities where applicable.
