Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist at Jim Shorkey Family Auto Group – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual looking to be the welcoming face of a dynamic car dealership? We’re looking for a part- time Receptionist to join our service and sales department and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors or calls our team.

Schedule:

• Fridays & Saturdays 8am-5pm every week

• Greet and welcome customers arriving in the service or sales department
• Determine the purpose of their visit and direct them accordingly
• Answer all incoming calls promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Operate a multi-line phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate departments
• Cashier Duties
• Appointment Taking
• Key Management (organization of customer's keys)
• Other Clerical Task
• Conduct follow-up calls to customers after their service visits
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Must be 18+ with a valid Driver’s License
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (training provided for dealership systems)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
