We are seeking to hire an experienced General Manager to run one of our busy domestic automobile dealerships. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a General Manager. Must be able to demonstrate leadership traits, be an excellent communicator, and have exceptional organizational skills, understand laws of selling and servicing automobiles in Wisconsin. Candidates must understand completely how to budget, track and achieve reasonable forecasted goals and understand financial statement business management. Candidates must be able to hire, train and motivate a team of employees to reach our goals. Please include a list of any and all previous experience in both Fixed and variable operations along with any other special training or education received. Out of state applicants must be willing to relocate in a reasonable timeframe if offered the position.
