Low-Voltage Field Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Low-Voltage Field Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of low-voltage systems, providing essential services that support our clients' infrastructure and security needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage systems including security alarms, access control, CCTV, intercoms, and networking equipment

- Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements to ensure proper system installation

- Test and verify system functionality, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

- Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver timely and effective solutions

- Document work performed, including system configurations, test results, and service reports

- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations during field operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in low-voltage systems installation and maintenance

- Knowledge of security, surveillance, access control, and networking systems

- Permanent Employee Registration Card (P.E.R.C.) license is required

- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites

- Relevant certifications (e.g., NICET, BICSI, or manufacturer-specific certifications) are a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree preferred
